“I've been with US Cellular for many years both as a prepaid customer and a customer under contract. I've always been satisfied with the US Cellular product and the coverage area. It's nice to have the US Cellular authorized retail shop here in McKinleyville sometimes it can save me a trip to eureka and going to the corporate store. There's some things authorized retail locations can't assist customers with unfortunately. But for things they can do it is a great store. Occasionally the wait time is a little long here when they only have one person working and multiple people come in at the same time. But for the most part I'm glad they are in McKinleyville”
“Excellent service here. I've brought my phone in several times over the years and always received 5-star service. Today they repaired my phone, and charged me nothing. Don't buy into the multinational corporation's mission to sell you a new phone every year. Just come to Advanced Cellular and have your phone repaired if it's acting up, it will last years and years and years”

“Flew in from SF last night to McKinleyville, and somehow my phone got locked in airplane mode was unable to get it out. It was trying to open up an app while in airplane mode and froze. .. super frustrating... I got to the Verizon at 9 o'clock when they opened and Joe had the phone repaired by 902... great work Joe 2 thumbs way up and that's not my usual go to finger of choice when I'm putting fingers up but you sure deserve it.. thanks for everything you rule”
