They've helped me out a number of times, finding an affordable screen after I dropped my Macbook Pro, replacing it the next day, and resolving an irritating crackle noise at no charge (make sure you tip them some coffee money!). After I spilled an entire latte across my keyboard I rushed it in, because I trust that they're the only ones who might possibly save it! Even if it's not salvageable, I'll definitely keep bringing all my apple products here for any future needed repairs!”
