Ends up all the tires where down to the threads on the inside. Although it was money we weren't expecting to spend. They saved our lives literally.Thanks so so much. I would highly recommend them. It wasn't even a tire issue (dragging splash shield) but they fixed it for free and did an inspection to confirm there wasn't anything else to worry about. “The folks at Tetrault are kind, efficient, and friendly. I had to get a new set of tires and they helped me find the right thing for my budget and installed them in around 30 minutes. It was a very easy and painless experience. They even found me a repate for the tires!
I originally came to them to patch a tire, and even when busy they did the repair in under 20 minutes and free of charge.

“I needed a tire, and usually go to Costco. They said they couldn’t possibly have it for another week at least,and since it’s a Firestone branded tire, I thought, duh! Why don’t I just call Firestone? Best decision I ever made. Chris was a sweetheart, he ordered me exactly the tire I need and an extra because it turns out I will need another one within 5000 miles.
They did a full inspection on my car, put the new tire on, let me know about the other one and the 5000 miles it had left on it. They gave me the choice to buy a new one or wait. Since I’m newly retired from teaching, I opted to wait this time, but appreciate the information and I will watch my odometer and definitely come back.
Chris and Joe were both outstanding employees, they took good care of me, and I am no way hold Firestone responsible for the delay in my tire arriving in Eureka. I am well aware we are in a very remote town, and it’s hard to get things delivered up here.

“Honest and reliable service is why I keep going to Cornerstone Complete Auto Care. They keep it and don't price hike or try to add unnecessary parts, labor, or services. They do only what is requested and will do an inspection to identify issues but explain it all to you and make it easy to understand. Still amazed on the timely turnaround and rates. Great place.”

“Got helped the other day by a super tall guy named Coleman. Walked to my car. Found out the biggest tire i could squeeze on my big truck. Found me a cheaper, better warranty and for a better price. Good to have someone who actually has high knowledge where their working. Told him my issue about tire noise. Well he definitely helped with that. I came in to ask a question that’s it…. No hesitation dropped everything he was doing. Ended up leaving with a new set. Was gunna buy online to be fair. That service right there just brought a customer for life. I own a company that does ALOT of travel. All 6 vans will now be brought to Costco. If I had a tire shop, that employee would have been poached..”

Every single time and I do mean EVERY SINGLE TIME that we have gone in there they have taken care of us to the best of their ability which has always wound up being excellent care.
