“I needed a tire, and usually go to Costco. They said they couldn’t possibly have it for another week at least,and since it’s a Firestone branded tire, I thought, duh! Why don’t I just call Firestone? Best decision I ever made. Chris was a sweetheart, he ordered me exactly the tire I need and an extra because it turns out I will need another one within 5000 miles.

They did a full inspection on my car, put the new tire on, let me know about the other one and the 5000 miles it had left on it. They gave me the choice to buy a new one or wait. Since I’m newly retired from teaching, I opted to wait this time, but appreciate the information and I will watch my odometer and definitely come back.

Chris and Joe were both outstanding employees, they took good care of me, and I am no way hold Firestone responsible for the delay in my tire arriving in Eureka. I am well aware we are in a very remote town, and it’s hard to get things delivered up here.

“Got helped the other day by a super tall guy named Coleman. Walked to my car. Found out the biggest tire i could squeeze on my big truck. Found me a cheaper, better warranty and for a better price. Good to have someone who actually has high knowledge where their working. Told him my issue about tire noise. Well he definitely helped with that. I came in to ask a question that’s it…. No hesitation dropped everything he was doing. Ended up leaving with a new set. Was gunna buy online to be fair. That service right there just brought a customer for life.
