“I drive a lot around Southern California for work, and many times I've stopped in Grocery Outlets all over hoping to find sweet deals vegan specialty products (and I often do). Maybe it's just because there are a relatively high traffic GO location, and so they get sold out of good stuff pretty quickly, but the selection at the Burbank store is noticeably crappier than other stores in SoCal-- especially the ones in San Gabriel Valley, where I find cool surprises just about every visit.Burbank does carry most of the usual stuff that you expect to find in Grocery Outlet. But it seems like most of the good vegan specialty products that are moved out of the regular grocery stores in the region go to the grocery outlets in SGV and not this one. I can't say that's a fact, it just seems that way to me based on how seldom I've had good surprises in Burbank.Well, surprises or not, Grocery Outlet (including the Burbank store) is always going to be a great grocery stop. For Grocery Outlet in general, top marks, but I'm going to drop Burbank down one star because of their somewhat limited selection of new (new for GO) goods which do appear in other Grocery Outlet locations.”

“I really like this little store. When I say "little" I mean small-ish total space, but they have a lot packed in there and constantly keep it stocked with a lot of useful every-day household items. Categories include bike supplies, clothing, car care, food, grooming, pet supplies, school & office, kitchen, storage, picnic, party & balloons, electrical & electronics,workshop tools, and more. All at bargain prices. We local residents rely on this store which has been here for many years.”

“I wish I could give this place 100000 stars. I want to make this particular Daiso popular. My mom didn't have enough money, so the man at the cash register gave my mom and I the 2 little snacks for FREE?! WOAH! It was SUPER sweet! The man didn't have to help out, but he did and it was a BIG act of kindness. I want to remind you to always be kind no matter how small it is because it'll make the person's day better. It's as simple as giving someone a compliment or giving them a hug. I wish I remembered the name of the man who gave my mom and I the snacks for free, but I hope good things happen to him. All I remember is that he had dark black hair. I also go to Daiso a lot because I love cultural/foreign snacks and candies! Daiso has very cute stuff and good music. I hope you come to this Daiso.”

“Was looking for an old crt TV to hook up old gaming consoles. Walked in and found one on the shelf but did not have the inputs I needed. I asked if they had any more tvs/monitors and they offered to sell a crt cctv they no longer use that was mounted on their wall for a fair price. They said it works well. I came back two days later to pick it up. Hooked it up at home and it works perfectly and just as they described. The employees here are polite. The stuff they have is priced good. Lot of different tools/hardware. They were even selling tarps for leaks when we had the recent storm.”

“They always provide competitive prices for their fuel. You may go to the cashier if you want to pay cash. You can also fuel up with your debit or credit card from the pump machine if you prefer. Their prices at times are even cheaper than Costco.”

“WOW, what an amazing employee NICOLE is. I was greeted when I walked in and had a question and NICOLE had all of the answers I needed. What a great attitude, personality and vibe she has and, my wife thought the same thing! If she's NOT a manager she SHOULD BE and if she is, she should be the STORE MANAGER or GM (if they go that high here). But then again, if corporate is in L A or local she should be training MANAGERS!!! I owned an insanely successful retail company that my partner started in 1967 and sold it in 2012 with 3 locations. We were successful BECAUSE of our people. When I would shop anywhere and run across someone like NICOLE I would steal them and make them a deal they couldn't refuse because we wanted to be the best. Most people stayed 3-4 years with the majority 10+ and a couple 35-40! When you have a business with the majority of employees like NICOLE you can't lose. If we still had our business we would get her trust me. If your people are the RIGHT people your customers will know and feel the vibe and be loyal to the business. Thank you to whoever found her. “I LOVE THIS STORE AND SO WILL YOU! I came across this store after leaving the nearby Ross, and what a pleasant surprise it was. They had a sign that said EVERYTHING $3 and I just HAD to go check it out. Lupe, the store manager is such a VIBE! She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the entire experience BETTER just by being herself!I only went in to check it out, but walked out with $70 receipt! ? The store's inventory comes from Target, which includes items that have been overstocked, returned, salvaged etc. Name brand and BEAUTIFUL Is what it is! For example, I purchased a BRAND NEW, NEVER OPENED $125 Christmas Tree for $30! You KNOW I was HAPPY! They have EVERYTHING from books, baby clothes,pet supplies,Halloween costumes, shoes, candy, jewellery to perfumes! You NAME IT, they got it They have daily deals?, so go get HAPPY too and check them out, tell them Whenda sent you!???”

“I'm impressed- a lot of items you won't find in a Dollar Tree- yarn, a large selection of acrylic paints, name brand products (I picked up a small bottle of Clorex brand bleach & saw Fabreeze, Tide, Dove on the shelves). But, be careful; there are many items- like the Fabreeze, Tide & Dove- that are priced higher than $1.51, but they do have big neon price stickers on them indicating the price. Also, store is well organized & fairly clean & employees actually pick up the phone! Also- the website is pretty good to get an idea of what they have in inventory (just know that prices- especially of anything listed at $1.99 may be lower in-store).”

“This location has a great selection of items. It was very clean and organized. I asked an employee about an item and they were so nice and helpful. It is a big show with a good variety of different types of items where almost everything is $5 or less. If it is more than $5 it is clearly marked. They have self service check outs which made the process smooth and someone nearby if you need help. There is lots of parking and there were plenty of baskets for shopping. I will definitely come back to this location.”
