“Came here to ask if they could change my Braker Fluid because the dealership told me I needed to change it. Employees here were super kind and gave me a fair price. They also said that they thought my car didnt need the service but that they were happy to do it if I wanted them to. They explained that sometimes dealerships try to charge you for anything/everything by finding little things. I appreciated the transparency and still had them do the service just in case but not every spot will be as transparent as they were. I will for sure be coming back anytime car needs to be serviced”

“I'm so thankful to have found Grand American Tire. I was driving from Bakersfield to Orange County, hit a pothole on the 5 and got a tear in one of my front run-flat tires. I could have had a sidewall blowout on the freeway at any point. I called two BMW dealerships whose service centers were open. One BMW service department wouldn't accept walk-in's for service and the other (BMW Sherman Oaks) was accepting walk-in's but told me upfront they wouldn't honor my tire & wheel protection warranty. Why? Because it was a Saturday (and they wouldn't make any money off of it). Thankfully I found Grand American Tire. They were busy but still took me as a walk-in, quickly retrieved a new run-flat tire from their local warehouse before the warehouse closed at 2pm and had my car ready to go in 1 hour. If I was going to pay out of pocket, I'm happy to give my money to the efficient and hard-working team at Grand American Tire. What could have ruined my day only turned out to be a 1 hour wait. You guys take pride in your work and I appreciate you!”
“Traveling alone last weekend I hit something on the freeway which punctured 2 tires. I pulled off at the very first exit and to my surprise, this tiny tire place was just off the freeway. Felipe arrived early to open and took me right in! He replaced 3 tires and was so professional and kind. I was an emotional mess thinking about what could have happened. “We were driving down from the Bay Area to LA when a tire started leaking due to a puncture from a metal sliver. We got off the freeway and this was the closest tire shop we found. They took the tire off and properly patched the tire and charged us the grand whopping sum of $25. It was a Friday afternoon after 5pm, and we were obviously a family in distress. They could have charged us pretty much any amount and we would have had no choice but to pay it. But instead they were a decent, upstanding, honest business and did not take advantage of our situation.”

“I found the place to take my car for service and repairs. Rocky's auto does not disappoint. I needed a transmission fluid change and throttle body cleaning, and these guys took care of the work in no time. The price was fair, and they got me in and out quickly.
I was not too sure at first, but I am glad I came here. The car shift is very smooth, which was not the case before, and it runs quieter than before.
06/23/2025 - Has some noise from my rear brakes and I stopped by to see Zack at Rocky's Auto. Again they did not disappoint. They hoisted my car on the lift, took our the tires and inspected it properly. They found no issue however the brakes are relatively new so perhaps the noise. They performed a thorough inspection and I was no my way. These guys are fantastic and really care about that they do. I recommend you giving them a chance.”

“Came in for a brake pad replacement and Will helped me out — he was fast, efficient, and very professional! This isn’t my first time with this shop. Two years ago, I went somewhere else, and they actually left parts missing from my brakes (crazy, I know). Will came through for me back then — he was honest, didn’t overcharge, and got everything fixed properly.
That’s why I came back again. I got new brake pads for my RAV4 for $150, with a lifetime warranty — when they wear down, I can come back and get them replaced for free.
The shop is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but honestly, the guys there made me feel very safe and respected — no weird or pervy vibes at all. Ladies, ask for Will — he’s the best!
