“I came in here in a panic because I know absolutely nothing about cars. When I say these lads are the best, please believe me.
I had a nail in my tire and some sort of flappy bit going on, and I was basically just standing there hoping for the best. They patched the tire up, sorted everything out, and somehow managed to make me feel like I’d gained a minor qualification in car maintenance by the time I left.
I also learned that wheel locks are a thing. I had absolutely no idea. Thankfully, they knew exactly where to find mine, because apparently owning a car requires knowing about approximately 47 things I have never heard of.
William did the work on my car and what a star. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and just genuinely lovely. The whole team was so welcoming and actually took the time to explain things to me rather than making me feel like an idiot for not knowing them.
And then there’s Rudy. He didn’t even work on my car, but I love him anyway. Also, they give you free bananas. Yes, bananas. I did not expect to leave a tire shop with both a functioning tire and a piece of fruit, but here we are.
I literally made an appointment because I had a nail in my tire and left with a fixed car, a banana, and significantly more knowledge than I arrived with.
Honestly, I hope these guys continue to get loads of business because they deserve it. Great service, quality work, genuinely nice people, and they were FAST.
Would absolutely recommend.”

I pulled up and spoke with one of the employees and asked if they could swap my tire since I already had my own tire. He told me, “Sure, no problem.” There was a woman ahead of me who had just finished, and I was waiting for her to back out so I could pull in. She was taking a while, so I pulled forward a little just to let her know someone was waiting to get into the spot.
That’s when Ron, who later told me he was the owner, came outside yelling at me and telling me to back up. I told him he needed to chill because I was simply waiting for the woman to pull out. I backed up anyway and waited for her to leave.
Once I pulled in and parked, I went back to speaking with the employee who had already agreed to change my tire. Instead of letting his employee do his job, Ron continued making comments and arguing with me. At that point I literally asked him, “Are you the manager or something?” because I couldn’t understand why he was continuing to speak to me like that. He responded that he was the OWNER and immediately got even more disrespectful and acted like that somehow gave him the right to talk to a customer however he wanted.
The craziest part was that his own employee was perfectly polite and professional and had ZERO problem helping me. Ron then told his employee not to change my tire and actually THREW my tire. Completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional behavior from the OWNER of a business.
I still tipped the employee because he did absolutely nothing wrong. He was respectful, helpful, and was simply trying to do his job. I actually felt bad that he had to work under someone behaving like that.
I don’t know whether Ron has an issue with women, was having a bad day, or simply thinks being the owner gives him permission to disrespect customers, but I will never spend my money here again.
There are way too many tire shops in Los Angeles to deal with an owner who behaves like this. I’d recommend taking your business somewhere that actually knows how to communicate with and respect its customers.”
