“We were lucky enough to add a pup who's dad was a Stofer's Lab in 2020. She has simply been the best addition to our family! She's just a beautiful dog, her personality is extremely mellow, loving, and she has endless patience with being constantly snuggled on by two young kids. We are strongly considering adding another lab to our family in the near future!”

I had an amazing experience with this groomer! They had my pup looking and smelling fantastic just in time for the 4th of July. The pop of blue color was absolutely perfect — festive and adorable!
They were super punctual and had premier customer service from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they groom. I also loved the thoughtful accessories my dog left with — such a cute touch!

“This is a very large, very cool ranch supply store. It carries everything you need for ranch animals plus all the western clothing. They also take seed orders so you can plant a field. The seed is always an order process, though. It's not kept in stock there.”
“Jeanette is amazing. She stayed a little late so we can make it there in time to pick up some chicks we drove awhile to get. It's so refreshing to talk with someone that seems passionate about their business and has time to talk and answer questions. Her shop looked very clean and well taken care of. “I called ahead of time because a uvb bulb that I got for my bearded dragon went out 2 days after I bought it. I didn’t have the box or receipt and I bought the original bulb in Campbell. Gilroy was the only place nearby that had the bulb in stock, Santa Cruz location kept telling me to call back later. The lady on the phone didn’t seem enthused about the exchange, but since I used my Treats account, that were able to look up the order and exchange the bulb for me. 4 stars because it’s a typical Petsmart, but the employees were able to help me exchange a product that I didn’t have the box or receipt for”

“Cute place, welcoming & friendly staff. I have come here twice to bathe my Border Collie. Staff keeps the self bathing area clean and organized. Pricing on their treats & dog food is fair - comparably to Petsmart or less. I am happy I found this place one stop shop for my fur baby. Keep up the good work!”
