“This office is so important to my tax business. If I had to take the time to drive to Watsonville and stand in line and drive back I would not be able to mail in a timely manner. They are so wonderful and needed in this office.”

301 The Alameda, San Juan Bautista CA 95045
“I had an issue with someone fraudulently using a USPS tracking number and didn’t quite understand what was going on. The personnel at the SJB Post Office very quickly helped me figure out what was going on, and once I understood what had happened, was able to take action against that person and file a fraud claim against them. Thank you for helping me.”

“Friendly and helpful. I walked in the minute they closed and they opened again to let me ship my package. Never had that happen before. Above and beyond expectations.”

“I've always had great experiences when I'm dropping off packages to be mailed even if I get there at the last minute. They are super sweet ????”

225 Main St, Watsonville CA 95076
“I'm so tired of this post office just giving the worst customer service ever. Constantly changing different carriers and still can't count on anyone of them getting packages delivered properly because it's to much out of their way to actually bring it to the house. Watsonville really fails at being a post office you can count on. It's really so sad and scary they can't be counted on so wrong.”

100 4th St, Gilroy CA 95020
“This post office, and staff, ROCK! I’ve had crazy things happen and Jolene is a hero. She is a mover and a shaker who gets things done. Keep up the great work; we appreciate you.”
