Customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff at USPS locations, particularly the Gilroy post office, where Buzz provided excellent service while processing passport applications. The workers are described as efficient, responsive, and fast, despite some issues with carriers. USPS has also demonstrated great customer service, such as holding a package for a customer who provided the wrong address and calling them promptly the next morning. The post office's dedication to serving customers, even during closing time, is commendable.
