“This is my second time delivering at this location. Quick check in, fast paperwork and unloading is very quick. They follow all safety precautions i.e: Tandems moved back, wheels chocked, landing gear down and glad-hand lock on the air supply line.One of my favorite place to come to.Great courteous staff too.”

“I had a mailbox there for 3 months and the guys working have always been really helpful and friendly. Never had an issue with myMail or shipping. They are open 7 days a week and someone is always there during their posted business hours. They don't just leave and close up shop when they feel like it (like some of the other ups stores I've been to). Very reliable.”
“Their mailbox services, ($20mnth) saved our lives. Not able to trust our resident address in an RV park to receive mail and PO Boxes so expensive. This small mailbox works well with important correspondence such as Calfresh, welfare, EDD, etc rather than PO Boxes which they don't accept. Always get mail on time only set back having to pick it up from San Juan Bautista to Prunedale but worth it by far. Debbie your awesome ?.”

“This place has really improved over the last few months. We had delivered before when the time it took was very excessive and ridiculous. But I think it was a new receiving window lady learning a new job. The last 4 or 5 deliveries there has been really smooth. I try to not get there any earlier than 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and it has been very smooth.”

“We received stellar service from V in the print department today. We needed programs printed for my mother's Celebration of Life service. We were struggling to get the formatting right. I could tell from the moment V answered the phone that we were in good hands. I emailed two versions and by the time my husband popped in 20 minutes later, V had the formatting issues resolved and a proof ready for my husband to approve. Forty-five minutes later, we had our programs in hand. Printed. Folded. Beautiful. V even made my husband aware of a current special that saved us 20%! Today, V is my hero! Thank you, Staples, for having the good sense to hire kind, caring, talented help like V.”
“I gave the wrong address for my package( didn’t include my apartment #) and got an email from the place I bought it from saying it failed delivery. Hopped onto the USPS website and inputted my tracking number to find out my package was “disposed” of. Looked through the website and filed a service request at around 11:00 p.m. All I could do was wait and see what would happen. Luckily, I received a call in the morning around 9 a.m. saying that they could hold my package for one day. Seeing as they open at 9:30, it’s amazing that they get their work started soon in the day. Overall, I received great service for something that was completely my fault. Shoutout to Ms. Rivera.”
“I didn't have an appointment but drove to get my passport. The clerk helped me anyway. I had all my paperwork and copies ready so all I did was take MT picture, pay and go. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Only negative is they didn't show me my picture before and I hate it!”
“I'm so tired of this post office just giving the worst customer service ever. Constantly changing different carriers and still can't count on anyone of them getting packages delivered properly because it's to much out of their way to actually bring it to the house. Watsonville really fails at being a post office you can count on. It's really so sad and scary they can't be counted on so wrong.”
