Don't buy CDs here, very heavy penalties for early withdrawal, low return. Counter help is just ok have had problems on multiple occasions because of bizzare bank policies, no bathroom, no longer offering coffee.

The location on Grand Avenue is always a pleasant experience. Not sure why they choose to pay someone to stand at the entrance and say hi vs hiring additional tellers to expedite transactions.
