“this actually made my day. i went in to fix a simple issue with my account and the teller was so patient even though i was clearly stressed out about it. she walked me through everything step by step and i didnt feel rushed at all wich is honestly rare for a bank.
the only thing that bugged me was the wait time. it wasnt crazy long but there was only one person at the counter and a couple people ahead of me so it felt like it took forrever to get seen. not thier fault i guess but it would be nice if they had more staff on hand.
otherwise i left feeling like someone actually cared which is more than i can say for most places these days. defintely better than dealing with the phone tree.”
