“Calvin helped my wife with her new iPhone and was amazingly helpful and extremely patient. The experience ranks near the top of any purchase of technical equipment we have had. He even synced the phone with her car and worked through some of the glitches she was having with Apple car play.”

“Don Fink provided outstanding service today. He was welcoming, informative, and respectful of me and my needs. My problem was so comfortably resolved that I will contact him again when I'm ready to buy new equipment. What's not to love about kindness in the marketplace?.?.?”

“Coastal Computers, in my visit here, have been the most outstanding, polite, and genuine people I've had the pleasure to meet in PC repair. At other places, I've been overcharged, had to wait almost a month for nothing to really get done, and my anomalous issues w my PC that seemed impossible to troubleshoot just wouldn't go away, no matter what I tried short of black magic. It took *ONE* visit to these lovely people to immediately iron out the issue in a single day, plus so much extra work that I hadn't asked for and was done just in case for no extra charge. And all that for such a great price, no less. What an absolutely splendid, fantastic place. And! Over half a year later, my PC has seen no further issues and the seemingly unsolvable crashing issue has been entirely resolved. If you're having PC issues, I cannot recommend these lovely folk more. They'll take care of ya!”

“Samir opened our account and I'm really glad he showed me where this charge was for our account activation. I had a series of unfortunate events where I had another customers emails for their order confirmation / appointments sent to my email by mistake so I had to call the Spectrum +1 (888) 406-7063. Since you can't call the actual store, it puts the 1(888) number and so I had them look into my account and this other customer who had my email attached to their account by mistake. Luckily it was an easy fix and they removed my email from the other customers account . The next day I noticed a charge on my bank account for $69.99. At first I was under the impression I won't be billed until next month for everything . So I called customer service and asked them if they see this payment / pending transaction and I said well it has to be the activation fees for the phone / internet . They said it's not on yours or the other customers account so it's compromised and the said the person who set up my account most Like had multiple accounts open / was going too fast. . So I'm thinking at this point oh my gosh my card is hacked . After calling my bank to dispute the charge thinking my card was compromised. The spectrum customer service then tell me I should go to the store talk to the manager and have them review this employees actions. The following day I go in the store and I ask to speak to a manager and let the them know all that transpired and so they show me where this $69.99 was on my account at the store but it's not shown, when I called spectrum customer service and customer service said that charge had nothing to do to my account. Luckily Samir looked at my account and explained what likely happened with the email for how my email somehow got in that other customers account, was that they didn't have an email when they set up their account and the system pulled the recent used email which happened to be mine. Also with the email that for some reason on my end never showed up with that $69.99 charge , since it was supposed to be charged / paid for at the store time of opening for (Mobile account activations ) . So I at least let him know that I felt bad that this was what all came out like and I'm glad he was not a crook where for minute I thought he was since customer service couldn't find it on my account. Luckily I called my bank and cancelled the dispute and also called back spectrum customer service to let them know that the store found that charge on my account and whom ever on customer service side didn't look in the right spot for showing this charge. Plus finding out , at the store an associate can't have multiple customer accounts open at the same time, it's just not possible .There is a huge disconnect in looking into the systems and they don't know how it is at the store 100% . this all would have been avoided , luckily it worked out in the end .”

“I wish I could give more than five stars to Jorge. I think that's his name. You will recognize him by his style. I had a difficult, stressful and emotional situation to handle today requiring many devices passwords and account changes. He was patient and systematically helped me with all my concerns. He went above and beyond to understand the situation and be sensitive to it. He thought of things that I would not have to help keep me safer. This issue has been a stressor for a month and a half or so but tonight I will sleep much better. Unfortunately some data could not be recovered but if it could have he would have been able to and he tried very very hard and felt very bad that he couldn't. This whole process took a few hours yet he was patient. He's very smart and made a bad experience the hilight of the day just by being himself and being kind, attentive, polite and most of all patient. I came to the right place and got to see the right guy. If he isn't the manager he should be. He should manage managers and teach seminars about how to help people with their technology which is often tied to our lives. Thank you so much, Jorge!!! You were the best today!!!”
