“Anthony was absolutely amazing! He made our phone upgrade experience so easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole process feel effortless.
I really appreciate the excellent customer service and all of his help. Anthony is definitely an asset to Verizon, and I would highly recommend working with him if you visit the store!”
“Today I went in to see if my phone could be fixed (my screen broke). Eric was extremely helpful and kind, and walked me through the process to make an insurance claim to get that fixed. I would recommend this store to friends and family and would recommend Eric to be the guy they use !”
“Had difficult time getting my new phone and SIM card set up, came to this location, and Diana had my phone fixed in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service, knowledgeable employees. Thank you for your help!”

“I dropped my phone and cracked the screen, there was a small pit in it with little cracks radiating from it. I took it in to Fix805 he immediately saw that it was just the screen protector and not the actual screen. I bought a new screen protector and he put it on for me, it only took a couple of minutes. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Fix805.”
