“We are new to the area and I didn't know that to find a personal care physician would be so difficult. My wife is on Medicare and it has become obvious that she needs a wheelchair. She is petite. Rather than wait until the end of February when her appoinment is, I decided to rent a wheel chair for her. I called Wallace Home Medical Supplies and spoke to Natalie. She told me that they did rent wheelchairs so I drove over to see what they had. She greeted me at the door and asked me a lot of good questions that I didn't think about. She ended up with two recommendations and then she went and retireved them. I immediately went with the smaller one. Renting it monthly was of great value as my wife can't get the referall for the chair for another six weeks! Very courteous, polite, knowledgable and professional.”

“So I've been going to Beck and Cale physical therapy now for almost a month. Jeremy is the gentleman who works on me and seems very knowledgeable about the physiology of the body. This is a no nonsense type of physical therapy. If you're looking for something that's fancy, this is not it. This is a physical therapy, that works at getting you back to your optimum health. My introduction to the front office was not good at all. I spoke with Jeremy in that regard and let him know exactly how I felt about the greeting I received from the lady in the front. Since that time, I strictly deal with the younger lady and my front office experience has gone much better for me.”

“Recently I purchased a Pride Jazzy Carbon Electric Chair from Best-Care Pharmacy in Arroyo Grande, Ca. After spending hours of research, I went to Best-Care Pharmacy where Victor (Manager) spent a lot of time going over all of the features, specifications and quality of this electric chair. One item was working with my wife to find a means to get the chair into the back of our SUV as I have a spinal chord injury and she has medical issues preventing her from lifting the chair. One concern is my steep driveway at home as Pride specifies a maximum inclination of 30 degrees with the electric motors. I placed my chair in high-speed and with a friend's backup support, the Chair powered up the driveway without a struggle. I am extremely happy with the Pride Jazzy Carbon Electric Chair not to mention the fantastic help ad support provided by Victor (Manager) at Best-Care Pharmacy in Arroyo Grande California.”
