“The staff are very helpful. We went in to purchase a phone and a T Mobile plan. They worked very hard to get us as much as possible with the budget we had to work with. Three staff members chimed in at different times with there knowledge. We're recommending this store to everyone we know.”

“Yesterday I visited the Apple Store as all my documents had just disappeared without a trace from my MacBook Air. I had no appointment but was told I could wait at the Genius Bar. My wait time was minimal and the person who assisted was quite thorough in addressing all my questions She was unable to determine the reason for both icloud and hard drive being empty. However, at no time did I sense her being rushed, as this was a bit of a blow to me. I appreciate the fact that she understood my concerns. She did upload my external drive to her machine so that I could view that at least some of my old and important files are intact. I am thankful for her assistance!”

“I wish I could give more than five stars to Jorge. I think that's his name. You will recognize him by his style. I had a difficult, stressful and emotional situation to handle today requiring many devices passwords and account changes. He was patient and systematically helped me with all my concerns. He went above and beyond to understand the situation and be sensitive to it. He thought of things that I would not have to help keep me safer. This issue has been a stressor for a month and a half or so but tonight I will sleep much better. Unfortunately some data could not be recovered but if it could have he would have been able to and he tried very very hard and felt very bad that he couldn't. This whole process took a few hours yet he was patient. He's very smart and made a bad experience the hilight of the day just by being himself and being kind, attentive, polite and most of all patient. I came to the right place and got to see the right guy. If he isn't the manager he should be. He should manage managers and teach seminars about how to help people with their technology which is often tied to our lives. Thank you so much, Jorge!!! You were the best today!!!”

“This has been a gold star process, both educational and for critical information. Tim had to spend a lot time because my old phone was very obstinate in giving the details he needed to complete the swap.”

“Knowledgeable and helpful staff at this SLO store. Spencer and Justin completed my wireless port over from another carrier and established internet service in a short amount of time.”
