We had two separate issues ( that cost the company time and money) however they were more concerned about us the customer than their bottom line. Trust has a professional installation team if you want them to recommend floor, Cabenit, counter top, etc. Prices are very reasonable but the workers are very professional, enthusiastic and thorough. I know it's not easy to find a reputable Vietnamese Business, but I really like the way Bao and Business work so I want to write it up here so everyone can have more reputable options. I was looking for a high end woven carpet from Karastan and shopped several other stores before stopping by Adds. “This store is a little further then my daily travels living in Placentia. However, they are very friendly, helpful and have great prices. I have purchased a kitchen faucet from them and it was defective. Had my receipt and exchanged for my money back.... no problem. They have a variety of essential supplies you cannot always find. I have found that the customer service with being notified when they said ALSO was great. So many times you hear people say "oh, I'll call you when it comes in", only to never have it happen They do what they say. I manage a fourplex in Anaheim. It is worth the drive for me. SS”

Sometimes it's hard to schedule around my and my tenants schedules, but that hasn't been an issue. They worked hard and were considerate. I received a check-back call within an hour of their finishing the installation to confirm whether I had further needs, which I did not.
