Lacey's service was excellent: the estimate was given within two business days from our first contacting them; the price was very reasonable and the installers arrived on time and finished on time. They worked hard and were considerate. I received a check-back call within an hour of their finishing the installation to confirm whether I had further needs, which I did not. “The carpet was the best we could find and Finishing Touch was the most affordable vendor available for the carpet we installed. Their team came in and installed both rooms expertly. Their measurements only left a little extra carpet left over, so we didn't pay for huge amounts to be delivered and excess waste. The seam in the carpet is invisible and I know this carpet will last us decades. It is such high quality and well installed. Great team and family owned business.”
