They would not accept my drop off, it was an unopened office chair still disassembled in box,
Said to go to a different location.

January 13th 2026, I'm not sure who the man was working at FedEx is but he is one of the best customer service FedEx worker that I have ever ran into. I wish I asked him for his name so I can put a review about him. Very respectful and very helpful. Thank you for your help
