“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

“I returned a package from Amazon. Came here as closest option. Friendly greeting, seemed happy to be helping me. Got home another delivery was waiting but damaged. So requested replacement and had to return. Back to UPS. I was greeted with a welcome back. She seemed happy to help. It is always great when you talk to a happy and friendly person.
