We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”

“Third time's a charm. This is the 3rd time I've had a private mailbox service & this little hole in the wall is the best. Friendly AND professional. I get an email every time that a package is delivered. They know exactly where it is when I arrive. I rarely have to wait, unless there is a line of people. They know my name. I'm so impressed that now that I don't really need them anymore, I'm keeping the service anyway. It's a good way to make sure that my packages & mail are safe.”
