“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

I had no clue how to use the amazon kiosk and Becky was extremely courteous and helpful (even though she was headed to break) she was very patient and helped me submit my amazon return. Thank you so much you’re customer service is greatly appreciated :-)”

Additionally they are proactive in helping customers. Normally, I'd have to initiate for help, but the team at this garden grove west location initiates first which makes me like a valued customer!”

They work efficiently, and are all knowledgeable; they've never made a mistake, if they have questions, they ask the senior personnel. I've never had an issue at that location. What i like most about the postal exchange is it’s a one stop shop, and as a college it makes it very easy for me to get everything done in one place!”

I had a return a drop off via FedEx the gentleman at the counter who was helping me took care of it for me and give me a receipt.
I also used The copier to make a copy of my car registration and it was very easy.
