“The men and women who work at this UPS, store. All you have to do is walk in and they greet you with the most welcoming you in with a big smile and are willing to take care of you one on one like your family . They are so patient and caring. I will never go to any other UPS stores than this one. The reason is the other UPS stores was not as patience,understanding and caring. It's a lot easier, to come into the this store, knowing they are going to get the job done right. I walk out so happy, they always make my day even if my day is a hard day I always walk out with a smile. Don't tell anyone how great this UPS store is or we are going to have lines out the door. “Navaeh was extremely knowledgeable and through throughout the whole shipping process. Took the time to give individual quotes for separate packages and explained the cost for each service necessary. Broke down the process and cost of adding additional insurance for each box and efficiently swapped positions with a co-worker to help get the line down while we were gathering the info for shipping. Made sure that each service as received a discount with our AAA card and took the time to explain details to our client who was receiving the items being packaged. She made the whole process understandable and made sure the costs and services were full explained.”

“I have to seriously thank Anthony for working with me from across the country to get a painting shipped to me in one piece. He has amazing customer skills and as for packaging, I have never seen a painting or anything else for that matter wrapped and packaged so well in my life. True to his word the package arrived on the exact day he said it would with no damage. Whoever is responsible for pay raises, please give Anthony a raise or some kind of bonus because this was the best experience I have ever had at a UPS store... even with it being 3000 miles away. “This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. There used to be a UPS store on telegraph and Painter that went out of business, and I'm quite certain it was due to the unprofessional woman that used to run it.”

“I found this UPS Store when I needed to have things printed out. My home printer was malfunctioning yet again today so I headed out to this location.Service here has always been very friendly, helpful, and efficient. To print out my document the process is simple - they ask you to email the file to their email address. There is a $2 print minimum, so for 2 color pages printed the total was something like $2.21. The quality of the printouts were perfect. I was in and out in record time.Remember to use the Yelp check in offer if you're printing more than $2. For my order the check in deal wasn't applicable because it was only 2 pages.Thanks again UPS Store - your friendly staff always help me out when I'm in a bind.”

“I don't know why I didn't comment on this place until today but they are def the champion in Cerritos. Super professional, patient and really knows every single details you need to pay attention to. I mailed my passport and the marriage certificate to make an observation on my passport and I was so worried what if it get lost. But they really handled it so well and I received my updated passport in less than 2 weeks. The staffs are always so nice. Me and my husband only send out the mails and packages through them for the last 4 years and they are super reliable, never had any issue.”

“We changed our PO Box from our local post office to the UPS store. While we work from home mostly we do get shipped packages for our job that we couldn't risk being stolen off of our porch. The parking is easy and always accessible. I adore Cole, Kevin, and Anthony and it's never a chore when I need to go up even multiple times a day to retrieve deliveries. Due to this convenience I tend to lean towards shipping items via UPS. This is also my go to spot for any Amazon returns. I have also used them for oversized printouts in the past. Such a gift to our community and I hope they never go away!”
