“Great experience i immediately broke a brand new part and warranty kicked into use instantly haha, i even made a friend ?, definitely recommend coming if you like good customer service.”
“This is an AMAZING store! I was having trouble with my truck while on a long road trip, so I stopped here to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong. It turned out to be a sensor issue. An employee named Estela was incredibly helpful. She called several mechanics and eventually found one who came to the shop and fixed the problem for me.
I would gladly give this store more business! I cannot thank them enough—they truly saved my entire trip! Thank you so much, Estela, for going above and beyond to help me!”

“Oziel, was very nice, helpful and communicative. He knew where to get parts to save money and his rates were very reasonable for the area. He was available night or day, but we chose to have him come in the morning. However, his night rates were very reasonable as well.
He called when he was en route, just as I requested. When he arrived he wasted no time and got right to work. He was fast and efficient, and even swept up all the debris from the repair, so as to respect the property, at TA. He said he wanted to leave things nice, bc they were kind enough to let them come do repairs, and he wanted to be considerate. I thought that was very professional, and I appreciated that.
He also helped figure out why our headlight and marker light on the back were not working. He had a spare light on hand, and he didn't even charge me for his extra time and supplies. However, I did give him money to replace the light he used.
You don't find this kind of service, that goes above and beyond just anywhere, anymore. We were very pleased with the speed, professionalism and prices. We would definitely use Gonzalez Truck Services when we're in need in the area again!”
