“I been looking at the reviews but I when in today and had a great experience with the sales associate she was very nice and very knowledgeable with her product and it was very crowded today but she was helping me and tree other people at the some time and still gave me great customer service and answered all my questions , I just think some people nowadays are very sensitive and cannot handle a strong personality or maybe you’re having a bad day and you cannot handle someone’s light because my sales associate was very helpful and she was plus size Hispanic so sweet and most of girls here are Hispanic. I wanna see there’s one American girl and one Africa American girl , of course I’ll be coming here to buy all my gifts. Great service overall thank you for helping me today”

However, after several difficulties - I'm needing to catch a flight East on 11/7/24 and needed something beyond blue jeans. I found a pair of cargo pants, and he gladly tracked down the size I needed. I described what type of top I was looking for, and he found my color & size. I ultimately suffer from PTSD. “This store is like most guess outlet stores, except it is newer so things are put away nicely instead of strewn out all over the place like many of the other ones I've been to in other places. Their selection was why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Just not a lot of different things. I don't know if it's the buyer's fault or if corporate is just sending boring things but there's just not a whole lot to choose from. Hoping it will get better towards the holidays.”

“What a GREAT outlet store! I've always enjoyed Old Navy, and this particular store is now one of my favorites! There is a large selection of clothing for men, women, and kids. There are a lot of sales going on throughout the store, and there is a large clearance area as well! I found my favorite type of tops for $4.99 each! You can't beat that deal anywhere, and these are good quality tops! I'm so happy with the items I purchased! The sales team was very good- they were polite, hospitable, and provided ample time to peruse at my leisure. Tejon Pass is a great stop, and I'd like to come back to this Old Navy location!”

“My experience is based on my last recent visit 11/15/25. We walked in the store looking for some Nike shoes we’ve seen on website at a discounted price we just couldn’t refuse since I was wearing some annoying boots I was trying to change into something comfortable. Then this sweet boy named Daniel walked towards us and asked us if we needed any help, to which we replied yes and he proceeded to help us. So let me tell you were were being really cheap ahaha and asked him all kinds of annoying questions and sent him away to find different sizes for me and my husband, and this poor boy made our shopping experience so smooth and easy and always with a smile on his face! I hope management see this review because my husband and I left very happy and he deserves to be recognized! Thank you for being kind, will definitely be returning to this store and recommend to friends and family.”
