Cheryl was so kind and patient when she measured me ( I was slightly nervous this was my first time) to get the best fit and explained very well showing me the differences in all the bra styles. As someone who had absolutely no idea on the details of bra buying until now I am so grateful for her help and now I have a great quality bra for a low price that fits better than any other bra I’ve ever had! “I went in to the store and was silently shopping around looking at the men's shorts and I had my walker with me..and was greeted by Issac....and that was a few months ago.. today I was in the store on Rosedale and I have brain damage from my stroke and a lady named Ruby was very helpful with friendly service. This was on July 9th afternoon..and I couldn't find the right size..and she went out of her way to look it up and help me get the right size ..thank you very much Ruby ..and staff”

“Fast forward 3 years from my first visit back then... today April 26th I came by and I grabbed some items I was going to purchase but not one of the store employees greeted me when I arrived and browsed, the even walked pass me several times and didn't bother to ask me if I found everything okay or even said hello or anything! I did hear them say hello to other customers but not me. Is it because I wasn't a white girl? My skin is as white as theirs! My hair is strawberry blonde, I'm just of Spanish descent, born and raised in california! So screw you guys. Last time I'm going in there. Anyways I felt offended at that that they didn't ask me or greet me or anything and I put my items back and I walked right back out. Went next door to Soma and spent a good chunk of change! Big mistake staff at the Bakersfield store!”

“Decided to do a 2 hour drive to Bakersfield to come to this store and I was pretty amazed was worth the drive. As soon as I walked in very friendly and nice. They had a variation of scrubs a good amount to select from. Alicia was the one who helped me and thank you so much! I would definitely be coming back she was very polite great customer service answered all my questions. I reccomend this place for anyone looking for scrubs very friendly atmosphere.
