“Soma keeps your info on file for what you purchased last time. If you need a bra and you get like 5 of them, you keep 'em for a long time (especially if you treat them well). My wife walked in, they said, "here is your size" , we went over to the wall, grabbed em, bought some, and left. They specifically measure you up and down like a tailor shop so you're not getting cheap stuff. People's bodies are different, which is why shops like Torrid and Layne Bryant have their brands. Soma takes that into account , making it easier to shop anually after the first visit. Their stuff lasts a long time. You're not going to the mall or other mass-produced venues for some cheap bras that will break after a while of daily use. Time in store is usually low unless you need to be refitted because of weight &size changes.”

“I stopped by mid day last week. The store was clean and organized. My son was able to find some clothes he liked. The wait in line was only about 2 min. There were some items on sale online but not in store and the associate happily price matched them for me which was a huge bonus. Customer service was top notch. I called this location to see if I could do an exchange for the same shoe just different size and the woman on the phone was very nice and said of course they could. She double checked that they had the same shoe in the new size I was looking for and she also set it aside for me to make sure they would be there when I arrived. Super polite over the phone and made it very easy!”
