When I arrived, Kaleb immediately noticed my flat before I even parked and got out of my car, he let me know that my tire was almost completely flat so I went inside and made an appointment for a flat repair. They were able to get me in within 45 minutes and it only took Kaleb about 30 minutes to finish my flat up. Great job guys!”

“Weston was great. Went in for a check on the free top off fluids. Another repair shop had said my car was a quart low and I needed an oil change. Along with a catalytic converter etc. after having it towed. Their quote was so high!!! Long story short Mom's Muffler did my converter for a fraction of that quote- and Weston comfirmed my oil was not a quart low...or did it need to be changed quite yet as it was synthetic. All the staff there was helpful and I will be back for my next oil change and my brakes ? Honest, nice, and helpful! Thank you, Julie”

“I called to schedule an appointment. They had availability the next day. I did not recognize the car it was not the same car I took in. My car was in a repair shop from a recent accident. I borrowed a car from a friend until repair was made. The car I borrowed had an odor inside I could not get rid of. When I sat in the car when Alex was finished. “Excellent experience! Called for a quote on brakes and Julio beat everyone on the best price. Rear brakes and rotors on my car are very difficult to do and include dropping the control arm and dismounting the strut, which is why I didn't want to do it myself. They got both sides off and back on in about an hour and were extremely courteous. I would recommend this shop to anybody. Julio and his father are stand-up guys and charged me what they quoted me, despite it being a tougher job than they anticipated.”

My car is currently in the shop getting a new carburetor and full brake service. My car is a 1948 Plymouth and the original owner left it to his son who I bought it from. The Dad had added front disk brakes and unfortunately the son has no idea what make or year front end it has. I'm sure that Fred had no idea he would have to play detective when he got into the car repair profession. Thanks Fred”

“Last week, I had to drive my 97 Toyota 4 Runner with over 300,000 miles down to a meeting in Los Angeles from Atascadero. Unfortunately, my "Check Engine" light went on 4 days before my trip and I was hesitant to take my 4Runner or rent a car for 4 days so I took my car to A-Town Automotive because of a recommendation by a fellow Toyota owner I met in the Trader Joe's parking lot. I live on a limited income and feared that it was going to be a major repair. When I got there, the owner used a computer device that could diagnose the problem and discovered that it was not a major problem so I drove it down to LA and back without any problems. I had an appointment the morning after I returned and he had it fixed 90 minutes after my appointment. To my surprise, he charged me his regular hourly labor fee and the cost of the part that was $2.50. He even repaired the clock on my dashboard that hasn't worked since I bought it. Not only is he a knowledgeable mechanic but is honest and that is a rare quality with auto mechanics in Atascadero.”
