“My wife hit a deer in her jeep and we just moved here from the Bay Area we had no idea where to take her jeep so I had looked on the internet to see if I could find a reputable body shop and I came across auto craft collision.so I thought I would go by and check the shop out when I arrived I was greeted right away by Derek while talking to Derek I looked at the shop and was completely amazed at how clean and very well organized it was and I’ve seen a lot of body shops over the years and I never come across a shop as clean and organized as this one so right away I was convinced that this was the shop best for our repairs they even had a rental for us to drive while our repairs were being done . I also want say that while driving their rental we had another incident with another deer a few weeks later . When I called Derek with the news the first thing he asked was is everybody okay.I thought to myself that these people actually care about their customers and they gave us another vehicle to drive. “We were on our way from LA to Sonoma & Monday morning while in Paso Robles the car started losing coolant .The repair shops were limited by the fact that not many worked on German cars .Went to King's Auto Care , we were told they would look/ diagnose the problem next Monday & after will order the necessary parts !!!! Did not care .We called The AutoBahn & we were told the same . None of the 2 shops cared that it was an urgent matter .Ended up calling & speaking with Simon at European Car Specialist and being also told no appointments for 1 week .We explained our situation & guess what ? Simon understood that it was not a regular car repair for somebody who lived in the area, it was an urgent situation .We had the car towed & at his shop by 4:30 PM and were told would be ready next day at noon . And it was ready at noon !The charge was reasonable, definitely we expected more considering it was done so quick . He could have taken advantage of the situation and charge us a lot but he did not .Lots of businesses can be good at fixing cars but when they have to show they care about their customers they do not .Once again , many thanks to Simon for helping us & making our trip enjoyable !”

“I had a slow leak in one of the drive tires on my Peterbilt and was told by a tech at a truck stop shop (not Marks Tire) that the tire was shot and needed replacement. It's an $800+ tire that will need to be ordered so I hopped on Yelp to find a local dealer to handle it over my break. The folks at Marks were so helpful and would be happy to order a new tire but suggested their techs should take a close look at the problem to see if it could be repaired. So in I go and they pulled off the tire, fixed it, and remounted it all in less than an hour for $57. Really terrific service, great staff, total professionals and a lesser shop could have easily sold me a pricey tire but Mark's took the time to see if they could fix mine up instead and I super appreciate it. I'll be back next time I need tires for sure.”

“Let's start with the fact I have an older car. It's a 17 year old Mazda5. This car has seen 2 teenagers learn to drive. It's done things no family car should ever do. “If you have ever wanted to meet an honest mechanic, I know they are rare, you need to meet Corey and his amazing wife Julie.I can't believe that I've lived in Paso/Atascadero since 2012 and it took our family this long to find them.Both Julie and Corey (not sure on spelling) are sincere, reasonably priced and just easy going people. A local tire shop was changing my oil recently and said that I needed to replace my valve cover gasket because it was leaking AND they also said we needed to replace the drive belt. I thanked them for their notification and asked them to please just change the oil. I then contacted Julie at SMELTZER and she was able to schedule me in to see her hubby for a second opinion.My husband and I took our car to have Corey look at it. He looked at the engine and found nothing wrong with it. I was shocked by two things, shocked by his honesty when most other mechanics would tell you what best benefits their pocket books- but I was more shocked that a local tire shop in Paso Robles that we have trusted for many many years would try to take advantage of their customers like that. “Jesus is truly God sent in the middle of nowhere. My son was moving to SB for the fall term with his gf with all of his stuff in the car. He said their car started shaking when they passed by San Ardo so they immediately pulled over thinking it was a transmission problem. Rigo's was the closest mechanic and he made sure they were picked up by a tow truck when nobody would take them. He called from time to time making sure that they were able to get a hold of the towing company. It is easy to fall prey to a mechanic when you're in the middle of nowhere, but I tell you - Jesus is the most honest man I know and has restored my faith that there are still good people out there. He looked at the car, drove it, and when he returned he said that there is nothing wrong with the car and they can drive it to SB. What he found was that whoever did the previous repair on the engine did not do a good job, as the engine support was not done properly - hence, the shaking. He certified that the car is drivable, sent them on their way and just told them to have it fixed when they get to SB after they settle in. If any of you encounter any car problem in this area, Rigo's is the place to go! Please spread the word as this man deserves to have a booming business.”

“This is a great shop. They are honest and helpful. I drove in there concerned about clunking noises my car was making before a long journey up north. They took the time to drive in the car with me to help determine the issue. They quickly identified that my lug nuts were loose (my dealership had recently completed a tire rotation and hadn't completely tightened them). He quickly put the car on the lift, tightened all of the lugnuts and had me on my way. I was so thankful and asked what the cost would be, but they waived me away, saying that it was no charge. I would recommend them highly.”

“Austyn at America’s Tires in Paso Robles was super helpful! I had been to the AMTires in San Luis Obispo for a “low tire pressure” sensor alert. They added air to the rear tires & checked pressure then said I was “good to go”. After a bit on the hiway a bigger, red “check tire pressure” alert popped up! I pulled in to the Paso Robles location where Austyn checked pressure on all tires, then asked if the car alert system had been reset! No, it had not.
