“There aren’t enough great things I can say about this place. The owners Kim & Chad are some of the nicest people. I hadn’t been a member to any fitness establishment like this, and truthfully it’s quite daunting when you don’t know what you’re doing. Everyone there is welcoming, and there is an ease I feel being there. It’s totally worth your time and effort to come and check it out. It has given me a little piece of myself back. Hoping to work on getting it all back and develop into a stronger more fierce version of myself. Thankful to be a part of such a rad community of people.”
“Great gym the downstairs workout room where the weights are seems a little crowded. Also, I would give five stars for being open longer hours during the week maybe two hours later for the people who get off work from work in a swing shift may be considered 24 hours on Friday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday”
