Walgreens Pharmacy at this location offers generally good customer service, with staff being friendly, courteous, and helpful. Customers often appreciate the quick service, especially when picking up prescriptions, and praise the pharmacy team for their efforts to ensure medications are filled properly, on time, and covered by insurance. The pharmacy staff are known for their pleasant attitude and willingness to assist, including calling customers when issues arise with insurance or medication coverage. The store provides convenient options like drive-thru pickup and home delivery, making medication management easier for many customers. However, the store faces challenges due to management decisions and outdated equipment. The drive-thru often has only one operational bay, causing long lines with up to 20 vehicles waiting, and the inside store can also be crowded with many customers waiting for service. Staff work hard despite these issues, but high turnover and lack of proper maintenance have led to a decline in store conditions. Customers have expressed concern about the store's decline and urge Walgreens management to address these problems to maintain quality service. Overall, the pharmacy team is appreciated for their dedication, but the store’s operational issues need attention to improve customer experience.
Only 24hour pharmacy in the county the best happiest pharmacy in town. The pharmacist on the graveyard shift is beautiful so nice and helpful. Smart with great recommendations

I had gone in to purchase sanitary products and other personal hygiene products. Had a little trouble finding what I was looking for and it also had a little trouble finding staff to help me. Aside from the girl at the front counter who was unable to leave her position. Use another pharmacy so can't comment there.

Walgreens has gone through many changes through the years currently it's the only pharmacy besides CVS in atascadero the next pharmacy would be Aurora grande. The staff are pleasant customers not so much everyone just needs to have patience going through the drive-thru or walking in
