“My samsung note 20 ultra phone's screen became unresponsive all of a sudden. I love my phone and will not change it for the world. So i took it to another phone repair shop (no names) and they told me i would need a new mother board. They said my phone was outdated and they might not be able to find the parts to repair it. I was devastated. I got home and sadly put my phone in my desk drawer. After 4 months i heard about SDS phone repair. So i decided to take my phone in hoping they could help me. I explained the issue to the gentleman at the counter and he told me to leave it. I asked him if it could be fixed. He told me it was just the screen to leave it and come back in 2 days since he had to order the part. 2 days later i showed up. He handed me my phone. When i saw it was working perfectly i felt like hugging that stranger. He charged me $300 wich i gladly payed. He gave me a phone case at no charge. All this happened about 3 years ago. My phone is still going strong and i still havent found a better one to replace it with. Thank goodness for this shop!”
