“I’m a few weeks late adding this review but wanted to say I give this place 5 stars. A few weeks ago I was changing the brakes on my daughter’s car recently purchased last summer until I got to the last tire on the rear passenger side and realized whoever put the lug bolts on over tightened them and I could not get them off. After trying everything including using an extractor and breaking off the head of one of the lug bolts I decided to give Atwater Tire Shop a call. They invited me to come in right away to see if they could fix the problem. Once I arrived they were able to get me in with no wait time and went to work on the lug bolts that were stuck. Within 15 minutes they were able to get the stripped/broken lug bolts off and put the new ones I had previously purchased on for me. When I went to pay for the service they said it would be $5 and when I told them I only had my debit card they said don’t worry about it because they didn’t want me or them to have to pay the extra fees. I thanked them and told them I would definitely back for future business. If you’re looking for an honest local tire shop to go to this is the place. Great service who puts their customers first.”

“Great shop, and the employee that helped me out yesterday did an amazing job. I had new wheels that needed tires mounted, and he stepped up to the job by himself. He was very careful and didn't get a scratch on my wheels. Would definitely recommend it.”

“When getting an oil change we discovered one of my tires was starting to shred. I called around to a few places and nobody had the tire I needed in stock. I was about to give up when I saw there was another place I hadn't called Alex tire and wheel. I gave them a call and thankfully they had my tire size in stock. Showed up had no wait at all and they got right to work swapping my tire, I was our if there in about 5-10 min. Great service gentlemen thank you for everything.”

“Had to get a valve stem fixed. They were very quick but be careful when they put your tire back on. My husband asked if they were going to torque the lug nuts and they did not even offer to do so. He simply stated “this impact will break the lug nuts so they’re fine””
