“I came in with a stripped oil drain plug. The worker was able to weld a nut on the plug so I could take it off. Great service. This was a while ago, but I remember and tell others about it.”
“My car was making a terrible sound that was only getting worse. It turned out to be the ac compressor which is connected to the belt that is necessary for the motor. Had I not got it fixed the barrings were on the verge of going out and the motor would have seized. I appreciate the quick availability they got back to me fast with diagnostics and price options including explanations that were understandable as a car owner just because I am not the one doing the work doesn’t mean I can’t learn about how things work. And there was no mansplaining either! The job got done fast and I’m no longer worried about being stranded. Thank you!”
“I can not believe I am only the second person to write a review on MOORE'S AUTOMOTIVE! I think the owner Jim is the best mechanic in California. He must spend his leisure time reading tech manuals. He knows more as a general mechanic than any other I have met. He must love his line of work. I try to do all my wrenching myself as I am so picky, but I trust Jim cause he knows way more {his last name is Morre, right} and is just as picky. Only trouble is that all his customers feel this way, so you may have to wait in line for his expertise!”

“When getting an oil change we discovered one of my tires was starting to shred. I called around to a few places and nobody had the tire I needed in stock. I was about to give up when I saw there was another place I hadn't called Alex tire and wheel. I gave them a call and thankfully they had my tire size in stock. Showed up had no wait at all and they got right to work swapping my tire, I was our if there in about 5-10 min. Great service gentlemen thank you for everything.”

Ray that my ride is already fix and ready to roll.. this guy is amazing.. i didn't expect that i can get my car by the end of the day... He is really knowledgeable and dedicated to his job. ???”
“I needed a window repaired, the woman on the phone was very nice. I scheduled an appt for an estimate the gentleman who came was also very nice & very informative on how to take the window out in case I opted to bring in the frames myself. I choose for it to be repaired at my home, the same guy came and he was very fast at repairing the window & nice. This is a good company with good people.”

“Kudos to Sundown Rv...Thurs the 4th of Apr when coming into rv park, someone told us our wheels were making awful noise. I called Sundown on the morning of the 5th, they said bring it in. The techs there removed all 6 wheels, checked bearings and brakes, did find a backing plate on one brake, broken and disintegrating. They greased all bearing, repaired broken parts and got us back on the road by 5pm....great job guys.!!!!”

“Had to get a valve stem fixed. They were very quick but be careful when they put your tire back on. My husband asked if they were going to torque the lug nuts and they did not even offer to do so. He simply stated “this impact will break the lug nuts so they’re fine””

“I’m a few weeks late adding this review but wanted to say I give this place 5 stars. A few weeks ago I was changing the brakes on my daughter’s car recently purchased last summer until I got to the last tire on the rear passenger side and realized whoever put the lug bolts on over tightened them and I could not get them off. After trying everything including using an extractor and breaking off the head of one of the lug bolts I decided to give Atwater Tire Shop a call. They invited me to come in right away to see if they could fix the problem. Once I arrived they were able to get me in with no wait time and went to work on the lug bolts that were stuck. Within 15 minutes they were able to get the stripped/broken lug bolts off and put the new ones I had previously purchased on for me. When I went to pay for the service they said it would be $5 and when I told them I only had my debit card they said don’t worry about it because they didn’t want me or them to have to pay the extra fees. I thanked them and told them I would definitely back for future business. If you’re looking for an honest local tire shop to go to this is the place. Great service who puts their customers first.”
