Atown Bikes, E-Bikes & Pickleball is a locally owned, family business focused on supporting the Auburn community. The focus is on bikes, especially mountain bikes and e-bikes, for all ages. The staff is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and pressure-free. They provide amazing service and make you feel like family, offering maintenance and repairs to ensure you can keep cycling. They are known for exceptional customer service that can’t be beat, including going above and beyond—such as offering personal equipment so customers could still race. The staff listens and pairs you with exactly what you need without pushing the up-sale. They provide honest insight and favorable price comparisons. In addition to bikes, they carry a nice selection of pickleball equipment, from paddles to backpacks, with an awesome selection in all sorts of price ranges. Being able to get a hands-on feel for the paddles is a great bonus. They also carry disc golf equipment. It is the best place to get your bike serviced and a great local business to support.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Came in with a cracked wheel 2 days before a race, and they were kind enough to swap my wheel to one of the staff members’ wheel so I could race. Would definitely recommend Atown for any of your bike needs.

These guys are great! My son’s Ibis Exie USA had a cracked rim the day before a race. They not only took care of the warranty work, but swapped out his damaged rim with a rim from their personal bike so my son could still race! That level of customer service can’t be beat.
