“Good expirience on my 1993 jeep grand cherokee i waited a while to write this review but jason the owner is a very honest guy who put an upgraded steering lankage kit on my jeep the parts were of good quality and my jeep turns way better than it used to we did have a small issue over some parts being slightly loose but the owner was willing to work it out with me however i don't want that to turn anyone away from this business as he owned up to it and compensated me for the trouble i just happened to be an unlucky one lol but this business does good work”
“I went at this location yesterday to purchase a battery and even if it was a 109 degree + , the gentleman, still exchanged my old battery in my car. I am sure that he would of preferred not going outside to do so , but as a girl( which I don’t discriminate but , when it comes to cars , I am clueless …..) I really appreciated it. “I took my truck in for its first service after buying it at DuPratt ford in Auburn.
When dropping it off the night before service, I told them I had to drive down to LA after my truck was done.
To my surprise the next morning at 7:30am, they called and told me my 2024 F250 was ready to pick up!

“Man.. I can't say enough great things about Troy and the way he took care of my 1966. I threw a wheel and messed up my custom paint job (luckily not in the pattern). Being we were working with a custom Champagne color, Troy was able to match the paint and blended it perfectly. He also installed Dakota Digital gauges, and a Color Bar for light effects. “I can’t say enough things about Holts collusion and they really went above and beyond for me. I have had body work done here twice. My first time I came here I paid out of Pocket sense I was paying my own money I was searching around for a reasonable price after stoping at 2 others body shops including caliber collision, Holts quoted me about 2K less then the other shops and I was happy with the work. Sadly a year after they worked on my car the first time my Tacoma got hit by a hail storm and i brought my truck back to holts and they popped out all the dents and got my baby back to me looking good as new.

“We recently moved to this area. This was my first time for service at this location. Donna Bender ( Service Rep ) was great. My truck was in for routine maintenance. All went well and the overall experience was excellent. The only negative parts were they left several grease smears on one of the fenders. ( Wiped off easily) A little too much pressure explaining what Toyota recommends. I did not care for that part. All said and done at the end of the day I would recommend them for service. I plan to go back for additional service in the future.”

“I was in town visiting family when my A/C blower motor went out, long story short; it was 105 degrees, my wife is pregnant, and we were planning to leave for home the next morning! Zach was so amazing helping me twice over the phone making sure you guys had the parts I needed before I drove over. Then there was Frank, this guy truly went way above and way beyond with his knowledge and help. I would not have been able to repair the resister, soldering wires and heat shrinking aren’t my expertise. Frank asks me if I had a soldering iron? I said no, then he says well it’s a good thing I have one in my car! I was able to install a new resister and blower motor that night thanks to you guys! Knowledgeable help and great customer service! Thank you!”
