“Smitty's is an exceptional auto body repair shop. The time that they take to get your repairs done and their experience dealing with the insurance companies is remarkable.
So they perform their inspection and then see what the insurance company missed on theirs. Then, they resubmit the paperwork back to the insurance company to make sure that all of the damage is covered before they begin. I don't need to explain the hassle and expense of unexpected expenses.
Their communication sets a standard I would like to see from anyone I do business with.
We have never been happier having our vehicle serviced than here. We WILL be coming back in the future if we find the need.”
“Noah and Ty (T-Y) at Collision Pros in Auburn on Grass Valley Highway were amazing. My car was hit in a parking lot and they went above and beyond, including coordinating with the rental company so I had a rental during repairs. “Man.. I can't say enough great things about Troy and the way he took care of my 1966. I threw a wheel and messed up my custom paint job (luckily not in the pattern). Being we were working with a custom Champagne color, Troy was able to match the paint and blended it perfectly. He also installed Dakota Digital gauges, and a Color Bar for light effects. “I can’t say enough things about Holts collusion and they really went above and beyond for me. I have had body work done here twice. My first time I came here I paid out of Pocket sense I was paying my own money I was searching around for a reasonable price after stoping at 2 others body shops including caliber collision, Holts quoted me about 2K less then the other shops and I was happy with the work. Sadly a year after they worked on my car the first time my Tacoma got hit by a hail storm and i brought my truck back to holts and they popped out all the dents and got my baby back to me looking good as new.

“These guys were great. This was my first experience with a collision repair and I will bring it back to them if I am ever in need again. They worked for me with my insurance to get all that I needed from them. When there was a part that could not be replaced due to it being out of production and no availability in the wrecking yards, they got my insurance to wave my deductible. Jeff, in the office, was very easy to talk to and gave me updates every couple of days. He would call and check with me along the repair process and ensure I was getting the service I needed. Long story short, there is no need for me to have my repairs done any where else.
The paint matches perfectly and has a beautiful finish. They even vacuumed the inside of my truck and wiped it all down. Picked it up cleaner than when I dropped it off. Top notch service.”
