The lady answering the phone refused to help me and said I had to pay $150 to make an appointment. Very rude staff

They are the rudest most uncaring bunch of snobs who should be run out of town. When my cat got sick they wanted me to drop him off for the day. No I won't put my cat threw stresses like that. We're very uncaring.
