“I went to another place to get my failing brakes fixed, my car was in the shop for 2 weeks and the problem was only temporarily solved! When my brakes failed again, I decided to bring it to Auburn Auto Doctors and Marco took great care of me! They found the problem right away and I was in and out in three days! It's wonderful that they tell you any issue with your vehicle and whether it's urgent or can wait. They even take photos of the various things they need to address. I'm so impressed, I even already referred a friend!”
“I cannot recommend this shop enough! My truck was having issues while it was pouring down rain and Rob was able to get me back on the road. I am forever grateful to these kind souls and the work that they do.”
“I drive a half an hour to get to his shop. 2 years ago I went to two other mechanics in the area. I dropped off my car and the next day I picked it up. $800 later they said it was fixed and it was not. Same with the second mechanic.
So then I took it to Austin at Bear River Auto Tech. I took Austin on a longer than expected test drive so he could diagnose the situation accurately. Once we both heard the noise he immediately knew what it was and the repair was done flawlessly. He genuinely cares and I'm 100% confident in his honesty and professionalism.”
“Great clean shop with very knowledgeable mechanics, great customer service and great turn around time. Happy to have these guys near by my place! Thanks for taking care of my mini!”
“Never do you get great service at a quick oil change place, but these people are so nice. In and out in 20 min. Vacuumed from seats. Told me about a repair needed, and offered to help replace screws for free once obtained. Will be back.”
“I’ve had great experiences when coming to get work done on my car. Jane is always at the front desk and she’s always kind and is very thorough when explaining what repairs have been done and what may need to come next. I’m not very knowledgeable with cars so it’s very helpful for her to be so accommodating and straightforward with what’s going on with my vehicle. Been taking my car here for a while and I plan on continuing!”
