“I went to the Staples in Vacaville yesterday to have a passport photo taken. Unfortunately, I was told they didn’t have any USB drives available and that there was no way for me to get a digital copy. The cashier suggested that I take a photo of the printed passport photo and upload that to the passport website, but unfortunately, that didn’t work.
Today, I stopped by the Staples in Grass Valley and was greeted by Wesley. I explained what had happened in Vacaville, and he immediately let me know that I had been given incorrect information. Wesley went above and beyond—he took the time to call the Vacaville store, arrange a refund for me, and make sure I received the proper digital passport photo I needed.
The level of customer service Wesley provided is rare these days. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure the problem was resolved. What had been a frustrating experience turned into a great one because of him.
