I purchased a custom ez-up for my business and the quality of the materials was phenomenal, they made sure the quality of the images being printed would not be blurry before printing, and when it came time to pick it up, there was a minor flaw in one of the parts that they quickly replaced, no questions asked, free of charge!

Her and the other female store employee were helpful, friendly and efficient for every customer that came in while we were there. This store is a very busy location so quite a few customers came in while we were being helped. We will be using this UPS store from now on, because of their outstanding customer service.”
