I’m honestly taken back by all the good reviews about the staff. The few times I’ve gone in there with my boyfriend all the staff seem lethargic and unenthusiastic to help anyone.
This last time we went in the gentleman who is apparently maybe the manager?gave us some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My boyfriend had even went in the day before to upgrade his phone and that same man that we encountered today wouldn’t let him know about any of the promotions or anything to help my boyfriend out with a reasonable upgrade since his phone was giving him a ton of issues. He was a larger older man who seemed extremely unhappy and miserable as soon as he walked out to help us.
My boyfriend was having to endure this terrible service the day before but the older gentleman who was helping him had to get up and leave to go give an interview then a younger gentlemen ended up helping him the same day and gave him a great deal for a new phone, something the other guy failed to do. I work in customer service with both of my jobs and I was appalled by how much this guy didn’t care.
Verizon, please do a better job with hiring customer service friendly people. I mean we spend enough money why wouldn’t we be able to get excellent service?

Milo took great care to help me upgrade my phone, get best phone trade in, new iPad and Verizon internet.
Feel like he wanted to provide excellent customer service and great value. My experience was perfect.

I had previously rated this place with one star due to them being out too lunch when I arrived. But that was harsh. And then recently I broke my phone and couldn't get into it and yep, you guessed it, homeboy helped me with all my options to get my ship righted quickly. So we're up to 4 stars now. Not too shabby.....Ehhhhh??

Milo has amazing service, great attitude and walked me through everything for over two hours. This is a great store with staff who want to be here and are genuine in helping people. I would highly visit this Verizon store.

Your sales person was very knowledgeable. Evaluated my situation recommended a straightforward answer. I did not feel like I was getting oversold. Made the experience very simple and painless for someone who hates phone shopping.

Do NOT get the Verizon Internet Gateway. I was sold this snake oil service. Subscribe to a higher plan for 300MB down. The highest I ever got was 14MB down. When giving it to me they said I could easily return it if it didn't work. It didn't work so I tried to return it. They said "oh, by return I meant you had to call it in". So we did. Verizon was supposed to send me a box to send this POS back to them. I was also promised I would not be charged for anything related to this bc I had started the return process. Low and behold, nothing came in the mail and I was charged. Now I have to fight to get "refunded" for a charge that should not have happened. All bc I was sold a total piece of snake oil and told I could easily "return" it.

Our service rep, Milo, is a rockstar! I also heard some conversations on others being serviced and they were all professional and unbelievably knowledgeable! Not going to a different store location ever!
