“Absolutely LOVE this store ! Everything is so beautiful, and matches my style ! On top of that the owner and her husband are amazing and super nice . My sister purchased a shirt from here , unfortunately it did not fit. We went to exchange it the day we were leaving , but they were closed . Bonnie the owner of the store across the street at “Beach Bum” informed us the owner of x-pressions just had a baby and was able to get ahold of her number us . ( also a great place to shop with amazing customer service!) We called her and left a message and just as we were getting ready to head on the road back home she called us and was able to come down to the store just to help us with an exchange . We were extremely grateful for this ! She just had a baby , and took the time to drive to the store just to help a customer with an exchange. We will never forget this kind gesture! My husband and I came back to visit a few months later for a vacation for my birthday and talked with her husband and he remembered us from the exchange we did 5 months ago, and was so kind to throw in some glasses I was purchasing for free for my birthday! Extremely kind and great people. Definitely a favorite store of mines to visit everytime !”

“Recent convert to the Athleta brand. I haveeven replaced several of my previous core favorites (Prana, Vuori, BR brands) with Athleta pieces. I love their leggings and flares- so soft and comfortable, with the perfect amount of stretch. Fantastic sweaters, tanks, and tees that have really stepped up my yoga, lounge, hiking, travel, running to the store game. Versatile and well made. ⭐️Shout-out to Brandon and Riley at the San Luis Obispo store!!!⭐️ Awesome customer service today (3/26/22)- super friendly and helpful. “The Service is top notch! All employees are knowledgeable, pleasant, observant and willing to help. The questions I have. They are more for the corporate executive officers. Such as: why do you feel it is ok to make such a noticeable reduction in the quality of your blue jeans. Your 501's are just 1 specific example the material is thinner and absolutely much less durable in comparison to what they once were just 20 or so years ago. There was a time when Levi's were the ONLY brand I wore. This is no longer the case... I suppose that loyalty has gone by the wayside even for a great American name such as Levi's....”

“Decided to enter LuLu Luxe while walking around downtown SLO. My plan was to find an outfit for the Taylor Swift concert and looking inside the store, seemed like my chances were high! They offer a variety of sizes and all the clothes were so so pretty. I found myself a beautiful long white summery dress which I got complimented on by almost all the staff! They were very accomodating and even understanding when I showed them my Yelp check in offer which was 10% off my order and gave me a bracelet with a discounted price :) Definitely will come by again because of their great hospitality!”

“Wonderful location with amazing staff! Morgaynne really came in clutch for when the groom’s dress shirt was left behind at his far-distance home and just realized an hour before the wedding started. I went to many stores but had difficulty finding the right size. She helped me find a short-sleeved 2XL oversized shirt that would fit the groom and even steamed it for us asap. She saved the day and the groom looked amazing, the bride didn’t even know until the end when he told her the story. Shout out to Morgaynne and the staff here at Calvin Klein for excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help us!”
