“Very beautiful apartments I love the view on how I can just look at the mountains, they allow pets got 2 pools to choose the only bummer is no playground. The managers Maria and Crystal are just the sweetest they are always ready to help they are so professional if I have any issue with my apartment I get it fixed as soon as possible or they always give me notice if any delays. They have made living here awesome.”

“Casa Moreno Apartment has been a very nice place to live in. Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Majilin have been great property managers, Mr. Miguel keeps the entire property clean and looking beautiful. They all have been great people since I've moved in. They make this community a peaceful and enjoyable place to live in. It's a big community and although it takes time to get to meet all the neighbors, so far the few that I have met are nice neighbors. The best part, there's no drama or unpeaceful situations. “Trailer parks are ok they have a security guard driving around and a automatic gate at night that is automatically closed and only residents with remote can open.”
“They did a great job!! Only comment they left the light on, so I knew they replaced it but just in case other things that aren’t so noticeable you guys probably should put some kind of a tag on the door that tells the apartment person that the issue has been fixed. Again, not a complaint just a suggestion.”

“Patty is amazing. I have lived here for just over a year and her and the staff have made my stay like paradise. Life has been tough and they have worked with my family and I month to month to get things paid. I have lived here for over 12 months and only had to call maintenance once for a clogged toilet.
