“The customer service is great. Jinesh was very helpful and the service was quick and efficient. He helped me do my DOJ and FBI Live Scan and answered all of my questions regarding the process. His answers were very informational. When I called ahead to see if they were open, he even gave me directions on how to find the store. I was in and out to do my live scan in about 15 minutes.”

They also have great quality printing services for banners, clothing, and more.What really impressed me was their shipping experience. They've got all your shipping needs covered, and the staff is so helpful. I shipped an oversized package, and it was a breeze – quick and efficient!The grand opening event was a blast, too. They had prepared free food and drinks, giveaways, and the staff was so friendly. If you're in need of mailbox, printing, or shipping services, definitely check them out.”

“I visited in early July of 2024.
There is plenty of parking out front. The business to the very south wasn't open so that allowed even more places to park. I was greeted and helped immediately. I had to complete a live scan. The person that helped me was professional and courteous. The live scan costs about $65 and took less than 15 minutes.
The business wasn't crowded at all, although there was people coming and out to check their mailboxes.
Overall, a positive customer experience and an apparent good place to have a P O Box as well.
5 stars and highly recommended.”

“This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely be using them for my services again. Thank you!”

“This place is great. I've been a customer for 7 years. I have all my business mail delivered here and have never had an issue. Every time I go in for a personal matter or to make an Amazon return, the staff is friendly and no packages have ever been lost. The owner is a good person and on top of his staff. I was shocked to see some of these other reviews here, but I think sometimes people conflate a problem that might be more specifically related to UPS in general with just this specific store, which is sad to see. From my perspective you can confidently do business with this location and have a great experience.”

“I went to this UPS store for one of my returns purchased from Amazon. It was a foldable foam mattress I bought, but we found the firmness did not fit our need. If you bought a mattress before you probably know that it came in a very small package with all air sucked out. But after we opened the package, the mattress gets back to regular size and there is absolutely no way we can put it back into its original packaging.So I brought the entire folded mattress to the store and have them scan the Amazon return code. They asked me if this is the original packaging because it is quite huge. I told them there is no way I can fit it back in because it came really really small. They took a look at inside and was initially hesitate to take it. But eventually took it anyway. Thank you and I am sorry if it caused you guys more issues down the road. Thank you!”
