“This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely be using them for my services again. Thank you!”

“This place is great. I've been a customer for 7 years. I have all my business mail delivered here and have never had an issue. Every time I go in for a personal matter or to make an Amazon return, the staff is friendly and no packages have ever been lost. The owner is a good person and on top of his staff. I was shocked to see some of these other reviews here, but I think sometimes people conflate a problem that might be more specifically related to UPS in general with just this specific store, which is sad to see. From my perspective you can confidently do business with this location and have a great experience.”

“Overdue review! This UPS Store has served me quite well over the years. At times, literally a life saver, even. (This is a little shop next to Game Stop.)1) I use it the most for Amazon returns. Yes, you can return all your unwanted and defective purchases at Kohl's now, and that's good and all, but this UPS Store located in the Azusa Plaza is closer in distance to me. So it's my number one choice. And the staff is so used to processing Amazon returns that they're super fast. Thanks, guys. (Customers are the bottlenecks, in fact. Guys, have your return QR code ready, so you don't hold up the line.)2) Printing, printing, printing--who has a printer at home anymore? I've contemplated in buying a wireless printer for years, but never pulled the trigger. Don't like them ink prices. Besides, I can always print a few pages at work, but emergencies do arise! That one time I desperately needed to print a shipping label for an urgent parcel? UPS's got my back. It's like a few ten cents to a dollar a page. Well worth the hassles otherwise.3) Notary service. For those who are not familiar with what this is, here ya go: "A credible witness is an individual who personally knows the signer and can vouch for the signer's identity to the Notary." So there were a few instances that I needed this. Official documents needing official identification verifications, witnesses, and signatures. And once more, hey, I can just do it right here at the UPS Store! Fantastic. Yes, there's a fee, and no, not that expensive (around $30, I think), and I am just glad that I can get it done and out of my way efficiently.4) And finally, very occasionally, I have to ship things via actual UPS service (imagine that, namesake, yet the last priority), and I am glad they are here for me. This is such a rarity, though.5 stars! Great location, reasonable prices, prompt service. Please never close.”

“Just like everyone else I went to this location to mail a package, left with my receipt and tracking number and thought that was the end of it. Several weeks later I contacted the company to see if they received the product I sent them, they said they did not and they need the tracking number. Since there was approximately two weeks from when I sent the package to when they should've received it I discarded the paperwork. I went to the store to ask if they could help me locate the tracking number. They very easily could have said, "no that information is purged from our system after a week", or "once an item is shipped we do not keep tracking numbers" or whatever excuse they wanted to come up with. But instead, both the lady at the store and her husband went out of their way to locate the tracking number and help me find out that this item was received by the company it was sent to. I was the one that lost the paperwork, but they took it upon themselves to painstakingly go through all of the items that were shipped and were able to locate the tracking number. To me, that is true customer service!”

“Very pleased with the level of service from this store. I used them to pickup, pack, and ship a fragile item I purchased from the auctioneer nearby. They responded to my inquiry with a quote in about an hour after my email. They picked up my item the next day and had it shipped that evening. The item was carefully packed and arrived 4 days later. Price was very fair and exactly matched the original quote. Really all around couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Probably the best experience I’ve had with having an item shipped from an auction house. Felt compelled to leave this review after seeing the overwhelming negativity from other ones.”
