“I’ve been coming to Postal Annex in Azusa for a while, and the service has always been great. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve used them for shipping packages, printing documents, and passport photos, and everything was handled smoothly. What I like most is that they take the time to explain different shipping options instead of just trying to sell the most expensive one. The store is clean, organized, and usually gets customers in and out quickly. It’s nice to have a local place where you can get so many services done in one stop. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Azusa area and need shipping, printing, notary, or other business services.”

“There was only one person attending all customers. She was very kind and patient with all of us. Kept on smiling and being respectful to all of us. The other girl was new and kept on asking questions to the "experienced" attendant. She kept on smiling, helping the her coworker while helping us at the same time. She worked very well under pressure. Never lost her temper. She is very good!!!! Keep it up (sorry I didn't get her name).”

“Love our little post office. We had a po box here years ago and still come by occasionally for shipping. I do love the convenience and that little machine you can use for postage, but I really enjoy talking to the staff here. They’re always friendly, and I especially love the brunette women who greets you with a warm “hi mija.” it just makes the whole experience feel a little more personal ?”
