“At the suggestion of one of our friends who just loved their new mattress and the service, we tried out to Cost Plus Mattress. So happy we did! The salesperson, Moe was able to assist us in picking the correct mattress for our bodies and the way we sleep. He was able to answer all of our questions about how mattresses should work for us to provide better sleep. We laid on several mattresses before we made a choice. No pressure, only suggestions and logical advice on what we should be looking for. We then made our choice and they mattress was then made to order and delivered a little over a week later. The delivery guys did all the work and were great and hauled away our old mattress! The price was also far more reasonable and will last longer than shopping at some of the other big mattress stores who don't know how to fit a mattress to the person. We are so happy with our new mattress, the delivery people and the salesperson, Moe that we would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress give Cost Plus Mattress place a try. Two different couples on our recommendations shopped there and were also very happy with their purchase for the same reasons we were. This is a family owed business and they really know their stuff.”

“I met Troy two weeks ago after coming in to look at what mattresses he had available. Both my husband and I were going back and forth with two specific brands. Troy was very knowledgeable with both brands but we were not % sure which one we wanted. During the two weeks we went Sleep Number, Sit & Sleep and Ashleys Furniture. Still not convince, we came back to see Troy. I came for a specific mattress but he didn't have it out on display. We the Black Beauty Rest so much that we decided to get the top of the line. “If you're looking for a quality mattress at a great price, amazing customer service and fast delivery then look no further. Let's just say we spent way too much money at "reputable" Ashley's Furniture and with disappointment after disappointment we ultimately cancelled our remaining order for our mattress and purchased ours here instead. Don't expect to see a fancy showroom or anything because it's a warehouse atmosphere but I'll give them our business again any day. Muchas gracias Victor por el excelente servicio!”

“I want to make it absolutely clear that this review is primarily based on my interaction with their wonderful salesperson, Steve. I decided to get a Sleep Number bed based on a referral from a family member. My husband has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and besides the bed being comfortable, the adjustable features really appealed to me for those long days in bed after chemo. I visited a store in Brea. When I said I was considering purchasing a mattress only, the sales guy immediately turned off and did not assist us any longer. I left that store feeling unheard and looked upon as prey. I stopped at the San Dimas store to give it another shot. Steve was immediately charming and kind. I came right out front and explained my reasons for wanting the bed and the possibility of only getting the mattress since a friend already had an adjustable frame. Steve was so caring and sympathetic. He listened intently and explained the pros of the Sleep Number frame, without coming off as pushy. He was open to me purchasing the mattress only and took me through the options. He understood the financial impact for me and was careful to explain all the levels and price points. As I listened, I became more open to the idea of purchasing a frame to, thinking I might fall in love with the bed and then have to give the frame back to my friend. As I started to consider purchasing the entire set, Steve went through the different level of frames patiently. I explained to him that I wanted to discuss it with my husband and my friend, and he asked that I send him a picture of the frame so he could ensure compatibility. As I left the store I knew I would purchase that bed from Steve and I would feel confident in my purchase. Thank you, Steve, for all you did for me that day. And for everyone wondering...yes, I love my bed!”
