“I rarely post reviews but I could not let this one go. Troy and his team at bedtime matress and more have done a fantastic job. I purchased a matress about a year ago and had some problems. They went out of their way to work with the manufacturer to help when I was unable to process the information myself. They kept me informed the whole time and went above and beyond. Even though the original purchase was not an expensive one, the customer service was as if I had spent thousands in their store. Definitely take the time to go there if you are looking for new matress or bedding. Shopping local really does make a difference.”

“I've purchased two beds from Dreamland, one in 2011 and one this year.
The first was a Spinal Care mattress with individual pocketed coils and organic soy-based foam walls; a quilted organic bamboo and cotton blended fabric top; and non-toxic, water-based glues and non-toxic fire barriers. I especially like that the manufacturer is less than 30 miles away in Los Angeles, so shipping is basically local.
I'm actually still happily using it, with a topper my husband bought in 2019.
The second mattress is basically the new version of the same Spinal Care, with an attached pillow top that my husband preferred, and will replace a family member's guest bed that causes us pain every time we sleep on it.
I really appreciate that Dreamland continues to offer high quality and reasonable prices, that they sell the simple metal frames at cost, and do not charge a delivery fee (at least, when local).
Though, I was a little surprised the desk set-up in the back of the store was in need of a bit of tidying, perhaps a file organizer, and the fish tank could benefit from more pleco or snails.”

I wasn't able to get the warranty information but I was able to reach out and Stella helped find a replacement hardware pack that I was able to purchase. “We were kinda skeptical about this place cuz prices are too good to be true. The guy working here is really helpful and answers all your questions. We really liked the selection they have and the quality of the items. We found an $800 modular sectional couch that would normally cost like $1500+ at a furniture store.
3 days later, they delivered our couch around noon and hauled away the old one. Delivery guy was patient and helped set it up to where we wanted it and everything.
There's no warranty but they said if we find anything wrong within a week then they'd fix it so that's a piece of mind. It's been a week and so far nothing wrong with the floor model we got!
Anyway I wish I discovered this place long ago for all my furniture needs. 10/10 highly recommend!”
