Closed branches and stopped Saturday services at most. At least max staff on remaining branches on Saturday and high traffic days. Wait times are considerably getting worse service quality dropping both at branches and corp.

Clean, beautiful building. Long line. Teller at the desk was unable to help me… She basically told me to do everything myself on my phone. Felt like she was in a rush to get me out the door.
