“Had a horrible freeze on my account for a week and chase fraud department couldn't tell me anything but to just wait for the investigation to be over and I was so mad about that because I couldn't touch any of my money and i had bills to pay so I was super stressed but just today I got some good news thanks to Victor for calling everyday to find out any updates on my account and he tells me it's unfrozen! So I'm giving this branch 4 stars because of Victor assistant vice president for all the help he did for me. Thank you Victor.”
