Zuni is so sweet and she was super helpful to my sister and I when we were looking for some on theme outfits for a mehndi celebration at the last minute ? She literally saved us and worked with us to find some beautiful pieces that would fit us (we are mid size to plus size) even going as far as reaching out to other people she knew to try to find outfits in our sizes. And I personally really loved that she was teaching us how to wear the outfits free of judgement.

“They always have good sales and coupons. They have a large variety of clothes, shoes, household items and other things. There is also a Sephora and an Amazon drop off desk for returns, which is convenient. I'd recommend this place to shop for anything for oneself or for gifts.”

“I made a comment on my last visit to Kohl's that I was unable to find what I was looking for in the brand, size and color that I wanted. To my surprise, I received an email from Melissa asking if she could help me. I gave her the information of the product I wanted. Next day she wrote back stating she had them and I could pick them up at the front register. At the register I was helped by Autumn who gave me a huge smile and asked how she could help me. I mentioned Melissa and what she had holding for me. Autumn immediately retrieved the items, I made my selections and she rang up my purchases and included my 30% discount coupon without my reminding her. “It’s Kohl’s in Laverne very nice clean. They’ve got plenty of baskets in the front, especially if your elderly like I am, I had to return some items that I had ordered from Amazon. The only thing I don’t like about it, you have to go to the back of the store.
Once I was back there process took less than five minutes. The girl that waited on me was very nice and helpful.”

“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

“I want to comment on my most recent experience this holidays season of 2023. I came in on a Tuesday night for last minute shopping. I checked the store hours and seen on Yelp that they close @10pm. To my surprise, they actually close at midnight. The lovely cashier informed me as I casually made conversation when I was paying for my stuff. She informed me that that stay open late for the holidays and go back to normal hours after. She was very warm and kind to me and she took great care of my purchase made. The selection available at this location is like at any other. Sometimes there is good stuff and sometimes there is barely anything. I think you have to be a proactive ROSS shopper to know the best deals and days to come. The only one I know of is because of my mom, she's a senior and makes it a point to go to her local Ross on Tuesday because of Ross Senior Discount Tuesdays - Ross is a discount retailer that provides people 55+ years with a 10 percent discount on Tuesdays. I LOVE ROSS for all my household and clothing needs. I always find the best shoes, boots, work clothes & shoes, purses, toys for kids and toddles, clothes for babies, etc. I also find great deals on gifts for all occasions. Anything from baby showers to weddings, literally any event! You can find something here and at a great price! This location is great ! Keep up the great work everyone !”
